Am I the only one noticing that when we see Freddie on the pics from his youth, aside his teeth (which ALWAYS turn out to be the vocal point of telling his story), his complexion is sooo much more "darker"?!? I mean, he is obviously a brown guy, and then, when we see him in Queen, he has soooo much more whiter complexion? Yeah, go on now, call me a racist! But the thing is, it's one thing I'd noticed and never heard anyone saying a thing about it!

Such a shame. My cousin was a hemophiliac, (blood could not clot properly) he passed away after contracting HIV from a blood transfusion. RIP all the nameless victims.

I remember when I was 18 [almost 40 years ago] and listening to them on vinyl. My uncle came in and that was the end of my record. He was none too happy we "kids" were listening to such a band. How I wish I still had the original record. And, until this documentary, I didn't connect the name of the band with Freddie's sexual orientation.

Always loved. Been bought up by my parents. I adored the movie...it was great & so true. Friend's till the end plus afterwards....so beautiful. I have had friend's who are gay...I've listened and helped "coming out" to the parent's . The thing is ...queen talks generational...you don't need to be gay to adore. Let's say they are JUST amazing. The musical is sublime. Be credit to his peers.

speaking of talking or speaking proper english, our family lives in WV where a lot of slang is used, but my son speaks perfect english no slurs and each syllable he’ll make sure he pronounces them exactly. So no matter where your from you can get english taught properly but it’s up to the person getting taught how bad they want to speak properly.

What a Man ,what a wonderful amazing man. His music goes on and I pray it will forever ,hell I know it will. My Grandkids love Queen and their 9 and 12 lol .I have never stopped listening to Queen and to Freddie Montserrat kabale ,I love all of the music Freddie did and I always will.

Yes, Freddie Mercury had a kind heart. He was humble, and he loved everyone. He loved people and family. The fact that he was gay didn’t bother me at all. He was born a woman in a man’s body. How could anyone fault him for that?
